History: A 38-year-old Afghan lady was referred for investigation of secondary amenorrhoea. Cranial diabetes insipidus and acute myeloid leukaemia

Introduction: Cranial diabetes insipidus (DI) is a rare presenting complication of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) or myelodysplasia, usually associated with complex cytogenetics.
